A group of solid foundation ewes was purchased from South Carolina, predominantly of Mississippi State University breeding.  These sheep were added to Gwen's foundation stock, which excelled in breed type.  The combination is a uniform flock of excellent structural correctness, soundness, and type, that is also heat tolerant and worm resistant.  Outstanding production records with easy lambing and fast growth for  pasture raised lambs is the result.
